The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened the exam enrolment window for the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional December 2026 session. Candidates can submit the exam form through the official ICSI website, icsi.edu.The last date to submit the exam form without a late fee is September 25, 2026.Candidates who miss the deadline can still enrol by paying a late fee of Rs 250 per group. The late-fee window will remain open until October 10, 2026.

How to fill the exam form
Candidates can complete the exam enrolment process by following these steps:
- Visit the official ICSI login page at smash.icsi.edu.
- Log in using the registration number and password.
- Go to the module section and select enrolment.
- Choose the ‘examination enrolment request’ option.
- Click on ‘add enrolment request’ and enter the required details, including country, level of examination, medium of language, module and other details.
- Check all the details carefully and submit the form.
- Make the payment for the selected module or modules.
- Download the payment receipt and keep a printout for future reference.
Examination fee
The examination fee for one module of the CS Executive programme is Rs 1,500. Candidates appearing for two modules will have to pay Rs 3,000.A late fee of Rs 250 per group will be applicable at all stages where the late-fee provision applies.Candidates who want to make changes to their exam centre, combination of modules or medium of examination will also have to pay a fee of Rs 250.
ICSI CS December 2026 exam schedule
The CS Executive and Professional December 2026 examinations will be held from December 21 to December 28, 2026.The exams will be conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates will get an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper. The reading time will be from 2 pm to 2:15 pm.Candidates appearing for the December session should complete the enrolment process before the applicable deadline and check all details carefully before submitting the form.
