Built in 1904 for businessman Jay Morse, the property has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and recently underwent an extensive restoration.Its interiors combine historic character with modern entertainment spaces. A former ballroom now serves as a game room and home theatre, while the lower level includes a billiards room, poker area, bar, wine cellar and sauna. The grounds also feature a heated pool, stone terrace and guest cottage.Before the Leawood upgrade, Kelce lived in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighbourhood. He purchased the roughly 10,000-square-foot property for $995,000 in 2019. The seven-bedroom home included a gourmet kitchen, gym, wine cellar, pool and gazebo.Whether Kelce still owns the Briarcliff West property remains unclear. What is clear is that his real estate holdings have evolved alongside his career, giving the NFL star private spaces in both Kansas and his native Ohio.
